Will is a Northern California native with nearly a decade of experience working in the substance abuse and mental health treatment field. He obtained his Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Strategic Leadership through the Dominican University of California, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Will worked as Executive Director for a Marin County-based treatment facility, where he worked collaboratively to open 2 additional locations. He also led the charge in obtaining a company-wide level of excellence through accreditation by the Joint Commission. Throughout his professional career, Will has maintained a solution-focused approach to everything he does. He seeks to provide guidance and care to all those afflicted with mental health or substance use disorders and believes in a mindset of collaboration over competition. In his free time, Will coaches and plays on numerous sporting teams throughout Marin County. When he is nowhere to be found on the ball field, you will most likely spot him out and about around town or adventuring with his dogs, Mia and Lou.
